Tree of savior failed to download list file

When I tryed to start the game a few minutes ago, it crashed and showed me some asian letters. Now it wont start and keeps telling me "Failed to download list file. Please try again as administrator. ImC staff noticed it and will come back with a patch. ImC did notice the issue. Thank god. Cause this is very frustrating. I had that error and it works now. How did you manually run it? It simply worked for me by double-clicking it. I tried doing that but still wont work. This is kinda infuriating. I have the same problem as of the moment. I tried the solution above but nothing works… I suddenly received this error.
